What You'll Do:

Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
Market appropriate insurance products and services
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Assist clients with inquiries regarding policies, coverages, claims, and billing

What We're Looking For:

Required: Active Property & Casualty license
Preferred: Life & Health license
Sales Experience: Inside/outside sales, retail, or telemarketing experience is a plus
Strong Communication Skills: Written and verbal
Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-Focused: Ability to build rapport and relate to clients' needs
