Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is currently hiring Full Time Machine Operators for a Warehouse facility located in the Watseka, IL area.

Full Time – Weekly Pay

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00

Shift: 1st / 2nd

*Friday and Saturday as needed/scheduled (overtime is mandatory when scheduled)

Responsibilities:

• Set up tooling and machine parameters to ensure optimal performance of the equipment
• Follow prescribed practice or instructions in handling, positioning parts and operating presses
• Report to the supervisor of faulty operations, need for adjustment, die replacement, repair, or sharpening
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or drawings to determine dimension and tolerances of finished workpiece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
• Adhere to quality policy by checking first piece and last piece inspection followed by filling out a green tag for EVERY work order
• Set up machines according to blueprints
• Monitor the machinery
• Must comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Able to read, write, & follow instructions
• Ability to communicate well with others
• Excellent attendance
• Experience helpful but not required
• General mathematical knowledge & proficiency with basic measuring instruments
• High school diploma or equivalent
