Maintenance Supervisor Come join us at Courtyard Madison East! The Maintenance Supervisor responsibilities include all aspects of maintaining the physical status of the property. You will address any maintenance issues in the rooms or to the building itself including machinery, air conditioning units, refrigerators, etc.… Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. Essential Functions The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on, working supervisor responsible for coordinating daily maintenance tasks and responding to guest room calls and repair requests, including post-checkout fixes. Duties include repairing case goods (beds, desks, dressers), addressing painting, caulking, plumbing, and PTAC/AC unit issues, cleaning carpets, and performing preventative maintenance. The role also manages inventory, orders tools and materials, and maintains accurate repair records. The supervisor mentors team members, assists with administrative tasks, follows hotel security guidelines, and supports other departments as needed. Education, Experience, Other Requirements Required

• Flexibility to work in shifts and report for scheduled shifts
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to follow instructions

Preferred

• High School Diploma
• Work experience as a Maintenance Technician in a Hospitality setting
• Experience with hotel brand requirements
