**What you'll do...**
Walmarts **Item Policy team in Global Marketplace and e Commerce Compliance** is responsible for working with compliance, legal, and business teams to define, develop, and enforce policies and programs to ensure compliant products are sold on Walmart.com.
The Manager role plays a critical part of the Item Policy team, by executing and helping to build compliance programs. The Manager is also responsible for supporting the governance of our marketplace prohibited products policy by drafting external facing policies and internal guidance on prohibited and allowed items. This role will partner withvarious teams including Compliance,Legal, Merchandising, Operations, and Corporate Affairs.
**What youll do....**
+ Support the development of controls for our e Commerce platform by working with subject matter experts, legal, business teams, and others to understand compliance needs.
+ Draft policies and guidance materials to provide training and awareness regarding items prohibited from Walmart.com.
+ Work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to monitor items sold on Wamart.com.
+ Play a key role in the creation and enhancement of compliance programs for several subject matter areas.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

**Minimum Qualifications...**

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
