The Role: M arketing Intern

Duration: 3 months

Are you fascinated by the world of marketing and looking to kickstart your career in the hair care and beauty industry? Join our innovative team as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting our marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand awareness efforts. You'll have the chance to bring creative ideas to life while learning about digital marketing, content creation, and influencer partnerships.

In this role you’ll get to:

PR/Influencer:

• Prep and manage influencer & press send outs and mailers
• Track mailer performance and reporting using Influencer Marketing tools
• Monitor organic social coverage
• Support in organic influencer gifting
• Scout creators who align with our values and target audiences
• Assist with the planning and execution of influencer campaigns and wrap reports
• Support in the planning of H2 ‘25 events and activations

Social:

• Assist with retailer specific content creation, including in-store content (Ulta, Target)
• Engage with our community across our US social channels
• Support with real-time interactions; responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions across platforms

Social listening & reporting:

• Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural conversations
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities for brand engagement
• Gather audience insights and performance to help inform content strategy

What we are looking for in you:

• Rising Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in marketing, PR, or related field
• NYC based - able to commute into the NYC office 1-2 days / week
• Collaborates well and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiar with social platforms (TikTok and Instagram) and is comfortable capturing content, both in-front of and behind the camera
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and influencer culture with a strong finger on the pulse
