Pay: $26.54 an hour/Depending on experience. 

 

Position Overview

Provide repair and maintenance to construction/off highway equipment and additional associated services in a professional and courteous manner.

 

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

  1. Report for shift on time and dressed in proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  2. Maintain a clean worksite / shop and a safe work environment including using all safety equipment and following all safety procedures.
  3. Interact with employees in a professional manner.
  4. Ensures that all tools are accessible.
  5. Service and repair all trucks and equipment; Fuel, lube, grease and filters.
  6. Make general repairs to equipment or trucks
  7. Monitor work flow and make adjustments as required.

 

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Education/Experience

  • High School education or equivalent.

 

Work Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Ownership of basic hand tools/tool box for the task at hand

 

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication skills to ensure a positive and efficient working relationship with employees.
  • Must be able to operate and drive equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Mechanical knowledge or back round
