Job Description

TNT Services has been in business since 1989 and is the largest pressure wash company providing service to light-duty and medium-duty fleet vehicles in Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are also the leader in Semi-Truck and Bus Body repair, reconditioning, and detailing. Over the past fifteen years, we have expanded our services outside of power wash to become the complete appearance specialist. Services include but are not limited to the commercial building, storefronts, flat surfaces, garages, and snow plowing, making TNT desirable to our customers and their needs.

We are an aggressively growing company that has doubled in size in the last three years. We have expanded our locations to Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Kentucky, Cleveland, and Michigan along with our corporate offices in Groveport, Ohio.

TNT Services immediately needs a Mechanic to help maintain our growing fleet inventory. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the mid-west, TNT needs a full-time mechanic for our Sunday thru Thursday 2nd shift (hours will be flexible) at our Sharonville, Ohio location.

Hourly rate will be based on level and experience.
Level 1-up to $22.00 per hour. The applicant is new to the industry, but has general knowledge of small engine repairs.

Level 2- up to $26.00 per hour. The applicant understands small engines with gas or diesel but needs to be stronger in both. Can perform essential preventative maintenance and troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to grow to the next level.

Level 3- up to $28.00 per hour. The applicant has a good understanding and experience of both small engines with gas and diesel. Demonstrates all skills needed as well as advanced diesel tech classification.

All levels are required to:

  • Repair automobiles, heavy trucks, and other motor vehicles and nonmotor vehicles as needed
  • Perform routine vehicle maintenance
  • Use diagnostic tools to test vehicle components
  • Perform quality inspections before returning to service
  • Work independently and with other team members to complete repairs timely and safely
  • Complete required daily paperwork, document parts, and material usage
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Valid driver's license with less than 4 violation points
  • Own tools

The physical demands described here must be met to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The technician must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this seat include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
