Essential Functions:
Ability to communicate clearly and engage our clients to work with our Loan Originators. Will become thoroughly familiar with our Velocify software, and our lead sources. Will gain basic knowledge of the mortgage process. Will complete a large numbers of calls daily utilizing our existing internet lead sources. Will meet regularly with manager to review contact and transfer results, and provide recommendations for improvements or efficiencies. Provides the best service to our customers with innovative and creative solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma as minimum education.
Ability to speak clearly with an energetic demeanor.
Prior sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Some mortgage knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
Must be able to work onsite, during standard banking hours 8:30am to 5pm Central.
One Saturday shift per month (10am to 2pm Central'4 hours comp time will be given that same week).
Ability to deal with time constraints and strong attention to detail.
Extended hours sitting and performing computer tasks may be required.
