Job Title: .NET Application Developer

Summary:

This is a development role focused on creating applications and services for the E-Gov group, assisting WEG with building services/applications for connectivity and usability.
The candidate will be the second developer actively re-writing a long-standing system (in place since 2007), within an Agile environment (sprints, daily standups, estimations, retrospectives, etc.).

Required Skills:

Agile SDLC Iterative software development lifecycle in an agile environment (5+ years)
.NET Development (C#/VB.NET) N-Tier development including UI, service layer, etc. (5+ years)
Tools: Visual Studio 2018+, Azure DevOPS, TFS, GIT (5+ years)
Web Services: ASP.NET, SOAP, XML, WSDL, JSON (5+ years)
.NET Framework: 3.5+ (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) (5+ years)
SQL Server: Creation/maintenance/modifying objects (tables, views, etc.) (5+ years)
Angular: Highly desired (2+ years)
Prior state project experience is huge plus
Good Communication skills

Work Site : Richmond, VA/ Hybrid (Onsite 3 days/week minimum)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Expected Start Date : Immediate - 2 weeks
