Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Non-IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience managing bulk hiring projects and possess strong domain expertise in non-IT sectors.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Handle bulk hiring initiatives efficiently within tight timelines.
  • Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Facilitate negotiations on job offers and ensure smooth on boarding processes.
  • Regularly update and manage candidate databases using ATS or CRM tools.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Manage external recruitment vendors and coordinate accordingly.
  • Utilize job portals effectively (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.) for sourcing quality candidates.
  • Organize interview schedules and coordinate logistics.
  • Prepare regular recruitment analytics and reports to measure recruitment effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain a professional network for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure effective and clear communication internally and externally.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in Non-IT recruitment (1 to 15 years).
  • Strong experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple recruitment drives.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • High degree of professionalism and ethical standards.
