OFFICE ASSISTANT (GENERAL) (PERMANENT INTERMITTENT) / PARK AND RECREATION SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES/ SACRAMENTO, CA

The reporting location for this position will be 2241 Harvard Street, Suite 200, Sacramento, CA 95815.

The position will work under the general supervision of the Staff Services Manager I. The position performs tasks requiring excellent interpersonal skills, efficiency, and professionalism. Must have good telephone etiquette and customer service skills, be flexible and adapt to office and workload assignments, organized, attention to detail, ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of staff and management.

Training and Development Assignments may be considered. 

Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license is required. You must answer the questions addressing your driver’s license on your application. Ensure you provide your driver’s license number, class, expiration date, and any endorsements and/or restrictions on your application.

This position may work up to 1500 hours per year. This position is designated as not telework eligible.

Special Requirements
