Position Overview:

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and budget.

Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to create customized travel itineraries tailored to each client's needs.

Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel services using our online reservation system.

Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a timely manner.

Stay informed about travel regulations, health and safety guidelines, and destination updates to ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

Passion for travel and a desire to help others discover new destinations and experiences.

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage bookings and itineraries effectively.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in using email, internet browsers, and Microsoft Office or similar software.

Ability to work independently and follow instructions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
