Job Description
CTG is seeking an experienced **Microsoft Technical Analyst** to support a variety of assigned requests related to operational analysis.
**Location:** Remote, PST work hours
**Contract Length:** 3 months with possible extension
**Responsibilities:**
- Requests will involve working with large complex Excel files to support user requests for additional functionality and usability.
- Anticipate opportunities to leverage PowerAutomate and Teams to resolve requests.
- Many requests with be related to Payroll, HR and Benefits.
- Business knowledge in these areas is highly preferred.
- Qualified candidates will need to show a willingness to be a team player and apply application implementation best practices.
**Skills:**
- Must have exceptionally strong expertise with Microsoft 365 technologies including teams, SharePoint and power automate.
- Prior experience building complex solutions with these technologies is required.
- Must be an Excel expert including advanced features and functionality.
- Prior consulting experience is required.
- Independent self- starter mindset is required.
- Excellent communication is required.
- Strong customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00/hr to $60.00/hr. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
