Bring Your Smile to Work! – Scheduling Coordinator
At Behl Orthodontics, every smile matters — including yours! We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and people-loving Scheduling Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. You’ll greet patients, keep our schedule running smoothly, and help create an exceptional experience from the very first phone call to the final appointment.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients with a warm, genuine smile and check them in/out for their appointments.
Manage the daily schedule to maximize efficiency and patient experience.
Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule/reschedule appointments.
Collect payments and explain financial arrangements with kindness and clarity.
Keep patient records accurate and up-to-date in our practice management system.
Communicate effectively with both patients and the clinical team to ensure a seamless experience.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous dental or orthodontic front desk experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!
Comfort using scheduling software and basic computer programs.
