Behavioral Support Specialist – Overnight Toilet Training (Autism Support)
Location: Lexington, Massachusetts
Position Type: Overnight, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Position Summary
A family is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and patient Behavioral Support Specialist to assist their 13-year-old autistic son with overnight toilet training in a home-based setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodivergent children, particularly in developing life skills and toileting independence. The goal of this role is to support the child in achieving consistent overnight dryness using evidence-based, respectful, and individualized strategies tailored to his developmental and sensory needs.
Compensation:
$35 – $45 per hour, based on experience
Requirements:
Must be Covid vaccinated
Prior professional experience supporting children with autism or neurodivergent needs
Ability to provide 5 professional references
