Pastry Cook Qualifications
Previous experience in a high-volume bakery or pastry kitchen, with a solid understanding of baking principles and techniques.
2 years experience as a pastry cook
Passion for baking and pastry, with a desire to continually expand your knowledge and skill set.
Ability to be a part of a high functioning pastry team
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
Flexible schedule: early mornings, weekends, nights and holidays as needed
Ability to stand for an extended period of time and lift/carry up to 50lb
CA Food Handler Certified
