We are looking for a Travel Pharmacy Tech Allied for a great Travel allied job in Gilbert, AZ.

This Pharmacy Tech Travel allied job pays for 40 hours a week for 13 weeks.

AZ State Board of Pharmacy License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification REQUIRED! DO NOT SUBMIT IF THEY DO NOT HAVE AN AZ PHARMACY LICENSE! 

Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered -  please include a copy in submission

• All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
• All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

Requirement Description

• AZ State Board of Pharmacy License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification - REQUIRED
  
• Minimum 24 months of current Acute Pharmacy Technician experience -  REQUIRED
• Sterile compounding with sterile hazardous compounding experience - REQUIRED
  
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross and active upon submission -MUST BE INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
• No License Hits -  REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days. 
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
• ***PLEASE NOTE, BANNER HAS VERY SPECIFIC BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS THAT MUST BE ADHERED AND ATTESTED TO. PLEASE LOOK AT THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS IMMEDIATELY***
• Travel experience - Preferred

• Resume with all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units listed
• Skills Checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old)
• Active License (verification must be less than 30 days old)
• Certifications (must be active at time of submission)
