Premium Airport Lounge Appearance Care Ambassador

Delta Sky Club, Atlanta

Location: Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Candidates must be able to successfully pass a TSA background check and be legally authorized to work in the United States. Prior food service janitorial experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lounge common areas, food service spaces, restrooms, hallways, and back-of-house areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, polish floors, vacuum carpets, and maintain hard and soft surfaces to premium standards.
• Perform detailed cleaning of furniture, fixtures, windows, walls, vents, and high-touch surfaces.
• Safely and properly use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and custodial equipment per Sodexo and manufacturer standards.
• Empty trash and recycling, replenish supplies, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials.
• Support linen changes and restocking as needed.
• Move furniture and assist with lounge setup to support daily operations.
• Identify and report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism while working in guest-facing areas.

Safety and Compliance:

• Follow all Sodexo safety, risk management, and sanitation policies.
• Apply all OSHA and local safety requirements to assigned work.
• Report accidents or injuries in a timely manner.
• Participate in safety meetings, hazard assessments, and required training.
• Wear required protective equipment and follow chemical handling protocols.

Schedule and Availability:

• Flexible availability required, including weekends and holidays
• Consistent, punctual attendance is essential

Experience and Education:

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of food service janitorial or hospitality cleaning experience required.

Skills and Professional Standards:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional communication with coworkers, supervisors, and leadership.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic phone and computer skills, including texting and email.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to eight hours.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 40 pounds.
• Visual acuity including close, distance, and peripheral vision.

Working Environment:

• Primarily indoor, climate-controlled lounge environment.
• Moderate to loud noise levels during peak travel times.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals and use of personal protective equipment.
• Occasional support of extended hours based on operational needs.
