Are you an experienced Process Engineer to join a leading organization in the protein processing industry. In this mid-level role, you will play a critical part in optimizing plant operations, leading lean manufacturing initiatives, and supporting cross-functional efficiency improvements. This is a high-impact position ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced production environments and are passionate about driving measurable change.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage process improvement projects across manufacturing operations.
• Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement strategies to optimize output.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to streamline workflows.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Troubleshoot recurring plant issues and implement sustainable engineering solutions.
• Utilize AutoCAD to develop and revise facility layouts and process diagrams.
• Work in both office and plant environments, including areas such as feed mills, hatcheries, and wastewater treatment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a poultry or protein processing plant within an Industrial or Process Engineering role (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in process or industrial engineering, with a strong focus on operational efficiency.
• Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design or modeling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and re-engineer complex production systems.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
