What You’ll Do:

• Own the product strategy, execution, and profitability .
• Work closely with media- buyers, CRO team, and marketing experts to ensure the product scales efficiently.
• Oversee Medicare and Final Expense products , ensuring proper buyer onboarding and performance optimization.
• Identify scaling opportunities —understand why certain campaigns aren’t scaling and take action.
• Collaborate with the CRO team to improve quality, test new strategies, and boost performance.
• Regularly communicate with partners and stakeholders , ensuring product alignment with business goals.
• Manage ad hoc tasks as needed, with flexibility in working hours when required.
  

What You Bring:

• Experience :
  • Proven background in performance marketing, CRO, or digital product management .
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, lead generation, and digital progression .
  • Experience in scaling digital products and launching new marketing campaigns.
• Skills :
  • Ability to analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions .
  • Understanding of ROI, revenue, and profitability metrics .
  • Ability to navigate marketing parameters, user behavior analytics, and campaign performance .
• Mindset :
  • Proactive, results-driven, and strategic thinker .
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and partners.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
