Job Title: Product Owner
Location-Type: Hybrid (Houston, TX – 4 days onsite per week)

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire
Pay Rate Range: $53.70/hr – $60/hr
Job Description:
Seeking a Product Owners to drive key initiatives within the client's trading and sustainability platforms.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functionality.
Work closely with vendor teams (Hartigen/Trellis) to enhance platform capabilities.
Manage platform implementation and ongoing improvements.
Provide data architecture and data integration solutions.
Engage with front office, trading, marketing, finance, and accounts teams.
Maintain P&L ownership and ensure alignment with business goals.
Communicate with stakeholders to present solutions and business outcomes.
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
Minimum 8–12 years of experience.
Proven ownership of ETRM platform implementation and enhancement.
Experience managing vendor relationships (Hartigen/Trellis).
Strong data architecture and data integration background.
P&L management experience.
Excellent communication skills and ability to present to stakeholders.
Oil & gas or consulting background (PwC, Shell, Halliburton, etc.).
Nice-to-Haves:
AI implementation experience.
Prior consulting experience.
