Product Supply Controlling Intern
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role are to:
Develop cost reporting tools which will be developed into dashboards or other business tools;
Support management of "cost of goods manufactured" by reporting, validating and reviewing production spend;
Summarize financial results into presentations including tables / graphs to share the financial story with business partners;
Provide trend analysis and reports to business partners on key deviations and business drivers to assess business risk / opportunities;
Develop a forecast simulation tool which allows teams to review spending against guardrails;
Partner with finance, data analytics team and business partners on metric and dashboard development;
Assist in pulling data/information in support of various stakeholders or initiatives;
Support special projects or initiatives as they arise.
WHO YOU ARE
Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:
Required Qualifications:
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting (with some course work in finance or accounting already completed);
Ability to learn quickly and embrace a dynamic work environment;
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (with significant focus in Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills;
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Employees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $22.10 to $28.50. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
