Job Description

We are now hiring for Production Associates for a Manufacturing company in San Marcos, TX. These positions are starting ASAP! Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525. 

Pay : $17/hr.

Schedule:

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00 am-2:30 pm (Possible overtime from 5:00am-3:30pm when needed)

Job Summary:
Complete general fabrication of product in accordance with specifications per company standards by performing the following duties. 

Responsibilities:

• Practice lean production methods.
• Inventory parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Regularly review and remain current on Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures, and Manufacturing Specifications regarding manufacturing.
• Assists in training less experienced employees in set-up and quality production standards.
• Move material with appropriate equipment throughout the work area as needed.
• Report any discrepancies in material to management.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Examine parts for defects and measure parts to ensure conformance with specifications.
• Complete standard job sheets for each job.
