GrowthOpportunities What's the job? As aGeneral Production Worker, you'll help make, move, and prepare products in a factory or warehouse setting. Your main tasks will include: Using machines and equipment to help prepare products Checking to make sure everything looks right and works right Moving items in and out of coolers, freezers, or other areas Helping load and unload items Keeping your work areaclean and safe at all times ??Important: This jobincludes cleaning (Sanitation)as part of your regular duties. If you are not okay with sweeping, mopping, wiping down equipment, or taking out trash this may not be the right job for you. Physical Activity & Work Conditions You'll be doingrepetitive physical taskssuch as: Pulling, pushing, lifting (up to 50 pounds per person), loading and unloading racks and containers Walking in and out of cold areas like freezers and coolers Standing for long periods of time You'll also be working aroundcommon food allergenslike chocolate, wheat, dairy, eggs, and tree nuts. Sanitation Responsibilities (Cleaning Duties) Everyone on the team is expected to help with cleaning. This includes: Wiping down equipment and work surfaces Sweeping and mopping floors Taking out trash and cleaning up spills Keeping your area clean, organized, and safe Making sure cleaning tools are used properly and stored correctly What you bring: Must be available to work any day of the week.
