Position: Project Manager
Location: Canada (Remote)
Work Eligibility: Canadian Citizens | Permanent Residents | Open Work Permit Holders
Compensation: $50 $90 CAD per hour
Travel Requirement: None

We offer a hands-on Training & Placement Program that combines structured project management training with real project exposure-supporting both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals in becoming confident, client-ready Project Managers.

Who This Role Is For

• Candidates with no prior Project Manager title but experience in coordination, business analysis, operations, or IT support
• Fresh graduates, career switchers, or returning professionals interested in building a career in project management
• Professionals interested in delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Strong communicators who can manage stakeholders, timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Background in IT, business operations, ERP, CRM, or cloud projects.

What You Will Work On

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, QA, and business stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain project artifacts such as project plans, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and documentation
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; drive mitigation plans
