Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment to support manufacturing operations. This role will focus on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for production, technical, engineering, and support roles. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment and partners closely with HR and operations leaders to ensure staffing needs are met on time with quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, technical, and professional positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and candidate success profiles.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, industry events, and community outreach.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles to support current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
Coordinate and participate in career fairs, on-site hiring events, and community recruitment initiatives.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Collaborate with HR team on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
Provide data and metrics on recruiting activity, time-to-fill, and hiring quality to HR leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Equivalent experience considered.
3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on manufacturing or high-volume hiring environments.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systems.
Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
