Your Mission: Attract, Retain, and Innovate 

Join our elite team in a rare opportunity as a Recruiter. In this role, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical and non-technical talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and be responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing strategies and channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for technical and non-technical roles and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role is located onsite, in Leawood, Kansas.

Critical Skills 

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. 
• Create effective job descriptions and postings. 
• Source and attract passive and active candidates using various recruiting techniques such as networking, social media, job boards, career fairs, industry events and direct sourcing. 
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and match with job requirements. 
• Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews with candidates, evaluating technical skills, cultural fit, and job compatibility. 
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes. 
• Provide feedback to hiring managers and candidates on interview outcomes and next steps. 
• Facilitate the negotiation and offer process, including salary discussions, benefits, and other employment terms. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting. 
• Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and timeously. 
• Collaborate with Head of People and hiring managers to build talent pipelines for future staffing needs.

• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. 
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines. 
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. 
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR software. 
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
