Position: Recruiter (Full-Time)
Location: West Hollywood, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday (10 AM – 6 PM or 11 AM – 7 PM)
Compensation: $21 - $22 per hour (with potential for bonus compensation)
About the Role:
Valcor Group Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our recruiting operations in office, ensuring that all open security positions are filled promptly with qualified and reliable candidates.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update recruiting spreadsheets and candidate tracking systems.
Use JazzHR (recruitment software) to post jobs, review applications, and track hiring progress.
Screen candidates by phone to assess qualifications and professionalism.
Schedule and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
Select and recommend top candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with management to ensure staffing needs are met.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a recruiting/staffing role is preffered (experience recruiting security guards or within the private security industry is a plus).
Strong computer literacy, including Excel/Google Sheets and HR software.
Experience using JazzHR or similar applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
HR or HR related experience is preferred
Additional Information:
This is a full-time, in person role, Monday - Friday.
