Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Parsippany, New Jersey
Job Description:
Support the recruitment team by coordinating interviews, managing offer letters, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience across hourly and salaried hiring.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interview scheduling for hourly and salaried roles
Manage candidate travel and visitor passes
Draft and route offer letters through Workday
Act as SME for Workday and Paradox, troubleshooting issues
Support background check process by verifying candidate information
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers
Ensure positive candidate communications and experience
Suggest process improvements and help standardize workflows
Maintain compliance with company policies and confidentiality
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
1–2 years of experience supporting recruiting or HR processes
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred)
Familiarity with scheduling tools (Paradox a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
Experience with travel coordination and background checks a plus
