18 Wheels is hiring experienced CDL A Truck Drivers for our dry van fleet. We are looking for truck drivers with recent experience to join our team. This position involves hauling 100% no-touch freight primarily east of I-35, with options for weekly or bi-weekly home time depending on location.
Position Details:
Truck Driver Pay: $0.60 - $0.67 per mile, with rates determined by your verifiable experience.
Home Time: Home weekly or Bi-weekly.
Route: East of I-35.
Freight: 100% No-Touch, Dry Van freight.
Equipment: 2023-2025 Frightliner Cascadia and Kenworth T680.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer combination in compliance with all DOT regulations.
Transport freight efficiently and on schedule between customer locations.
Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational.
Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and submit all required paperwork in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Must have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a safe driving history.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must be able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen.
