ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our client for:

Regional Vice President - Experienced in overseeing a portfolio of affordable housing property operations.

Responsibilities:
-Oversee the operations by directing Regional Managers to achieve financial goals, adhere to compliance practices, conduct property visits, and support on-site teams.
-Hire, train, mentor and develop the team to maximize performance.
-Establish and maintain relationships with owners and management teams.
-Lead regional communications, ensuring team are aware of updates.
-Visit properties to ensure property standards conform to company/ownership goals, ensuring outstanding issues are handled.
-Coach direct reports on budgeting, managing expenses, capital improvements, and maintenance expectations.
-Support and guide teams with resident or employee conflict resolution.
-Provide guidance on resolving outstanding escalated resident concerns.
-Ensure all property management staff are fully aware of corporate standards, policies, and procedures.
-Conduct regular meetings with Regional Managers.
-Develop in-depth analysis of property performance and create actionable insights for operations.

Qualifications:
-10+ years successfully leading affordable housing operations, including experience as Regional Manager.
-Background managing Low Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD properties and compliance.
-Bachelor's degree in business or related; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Working with multiple landlords/ownership groups, asset and personnel management, budgeting, and financials.
-Proven leader with demonstrated success in building strong teams.
-Demonstrated success maximizing income in accordance with company's objectives and property budgets.
-Proficient in MS 365 and Yardi

Location: Remote home-based office in Georgia, Tennessee or Mississippi, US

Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 negotiable, commensurate with experience. Bonus, Healthcare, 401k match.
