Description of the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Room Attendants to join our team at Best Western Aberdeen, SD. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Change bed linens and replace towels
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
Requirements:
- No experience necessary, will train.
- Must be willing to work most weekends.
- Holiday pay and insurance options available.
- Attention to detail and good time management skills
- Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining high standards
- Physical stamina and mobility including the ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
Benefits:
Compensation: $14.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
