Job Description

Slingo Financial Services is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Sales and Service Agent. As an individual contributor, the Sales and Service Agent will be responsible for generating new business and increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
• Actively seek out new business opportunities
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for growth
• Create and deliver sales presentations to showcase products and services to potential customers
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and track progress towards goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from customers

Requirements:

• High school diploma, or equivalent
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in computer skills and experience with CRM software is a plus
• Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a valid driver's license and
