• Working with the client on project enhancements and sprint items.
• Proficient in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & CRMA.
• Strong experience in building customer and partner communities.
• Providing architecture support, thought leadership, training/coaching, and doing hands-on development.
• Hands on experience in implementing CRMA recipes & dashboards.
• Strong experience with Sales and Service Cloud 
• Strong Implementation skills using declarative programming/Omni Studio
• Strong skills on Apex programming, writing test classes, batch processes and building LWC components
• Design, Develop integrations and support the implementations post go-live
• Strong skills to handle data migration from legacy or 3 rd party systems into Salesforce.

• Significant technical and business process consulting experience
• Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills are required
• 7+ years of Salesforce CRM experience
• 3-4 years’ experience working with customer data, ideally integrated into a Salesforce CRM system or Data Warehouse environment.
• Expertise providing solution architecture and design for different Cloud solutions
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
• Degree in a Computer Science, Business Administration, OR equivalent Salesforce experience
