Job Description
**CTG is seeking to fill a SAP HANA FIN CO opening for our client in San Jose, CA.**
**Location:** Remote
**Duration:** 8 months
**W2 only**
**Duties:**
+ Provide expertise in the implementation and configuration of SAP HANA Financials (FICO) with a focus on Sales/Use and Withholding Taxes (WHT).
+ Support the integration of SAP with tax applications such as Vertex or other similar systems.
+ Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement processes that align with business needs.
+ Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of tax-related processes.
+ Assist with troubleshooting, system optimization, and ensuring that all relevant financial and tax data is accurately processed in SAP.
+ Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
+ Provide training and support to end users as required.
**Skills:**
+ Expertise in SAP S/4HANA FICO module, with a specific focus on tax-related configurations (Sales/Use/WHT).
+ Experience integrating SAP with third-party tax applications, such as Vertex.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to design, implement, and support SAP solutions for tax-related processes.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
+ Strong understanding of business processes and finance workflows.
**Experience:**
+ 5+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with a focus on Sales/Use and Withholding Taxes.
+ Hands-on experience with the integration of SAP with Vertex or similar tax applications.
+ Proven experience in large-scale SAP implementations or upgrades.
+ Prior experience in working with financial and tax teams to ensure accurate processing and compliance.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ SAP certification in FICO is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00/hour to $120/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
