Title: Senior D365 F&O Manager

Location: Austin. TX

Rate: $110 P/h

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead ERP and enterprise business application initiatives for a global engineering and manufacturing organisation. This contract role will focus on driving technology enhancements and optimising IT tools to align with business goals and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems across the enterprise.
* Oversee process improvements and system enhancements for both ERP and non-ERP applications.
* Drive innovation across integrated platforms, including sales, planning, and project management tools.
* Manage and mentor a global team of 10+ analysts.
* Architect and implement third-party solutions for shipping, warehouse management, CRM, product configuration, and other internal systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise business requirements, distinguishing between UI requests and core needs.
* Identify and implement opportunities to enhance ERP platform performance and efficiency.
* Develop training materials and programs for ERP and integrated systems.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365.
* Experience in the following modules - AR/AP/GL, Cash, Purchasing Ledger, Sales Ledger, Project Accounting/
* 5+ years of leadership experience in a complex, multi-line business environment.
* Proven track record of leading at least one full-cycle ERP deployment.
