This senior position leads efforts to synchronize analytical outputs across mission management, fusion, current operations, and training — ensuring USCYBERCOM maintains freedom of action in cyberspace while denying adversaries the same. The selected leader will serve as a principal advisor and integrator for intelligence fusion, tradecraft, and readiness across USCYBERCOM’s analytical enterprise.

  • Lead and oversee all-source intelligence analysis and fusion supporting cyberspace situational awareness, targeting, and defensive operations.
  • Direct integration of analytic production between the JIOC, CNMF, and partner DoD/IC organizations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to senior analysts, planners, and intelligence production teams.
  • Coordinate with operational elements to ensure intelligence directly supports planning, targeting, and execution of cyberspace operations.
  • Oversee force development initiatives and training programs that build analytic and operational readiness across the intelligence workforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across J2, J3, and partner agencies to align intelligence priorities and synchronize mission support.
  • Support the design and implementation of intelligence fusion processes, tools, and best practices to improve analytic quality and timeliness.
  • Serve as the Deputy Program Manager with responsibility for analytical tradecraft oversight, workforce alignment, and operational continuity.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
  • Previous Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) experience (required)
  • Extensive experience in all-source intelligence analysis and fusion
  • Demonstrated success leading analytical teams or directorates in operational environments
  • Executive leadership and management experience in DoD or Intelligence Community organizations
  • Force development and training program experience
  • Intelligence support to cyberspace operations or equivalent mission experience
  • Proven collaboration and communication experience with Joint, IC, and interagency partners
  • Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within USCYBERCOM, NSA, or other Combatant Command intelligence components
  • In-depth understanding of the cyberspace operational environment, adversary intent, and analytic production processes
  • Graduate degree in Intelligence, National Security, or Cyber Operations-related field
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale intelligence integration, fusion, or JIPOE initiatives
  • Demonstrated expertise mentoring analysts and fostering analytic tradecraft excellence
