What You'll Do
Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and provided lead sources.
Make 100+ calls per day to prospective clients and build long-term relationships.
Educate clients on the importance of proper coverage and tailor solutions to their needs.
Develop referral partnerships with business professionals to expand your network.
Maintain professionalism in a fast-paced sales environment while hitting sales targets.
What We're Looking For
(Only candidates meeting these qualifications will be considered.)
1+ years of experience in a Captive Agency (preferably Allstate) with P&C Insurance Outbound Sales.
1+ years of prior remote work experience.
Proven track record of sales success (40+ policies per month for the past year).
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Competitive, goal-oriented sales mindset - thrives in a commission-driven role.
Ability to work in a structured, digital environment (camera-on during work hours).
Dedicated home office setup for a professional, distraction-free remote work experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, driven attitude.
