About the Role As
Senior Manager Technology Operations for Item Experience , you’ll help translate Walmart’s bold, AI-powered vision into tangible results—connecting strategy, technology, and execution. Reporting to the Director of Technology Operations, you will
lead workstreams and a
small team , partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Data Science to accelerate Walmart’s item experience and product details page (PDP) strategy, elevating product shopability and transforming how customers interact with product detail pages. You’re a structured thinker, a strong operator, and a collaborative problem-solver who brings clarity to ambiguity. You’ll work with partners across Walmart to deliver customer-first, scalable experiences. We’re looking for a strategic doer, someone who can connect dots, influence teams, and drive meaningful progress toward what’s next.

- Experience:
- 8–10+ years in eCommerce technical operations, product management, or related fields.
- Experience operationalizing AI systems—from generative models to automated workflows.
- Strong knowledge of product detail pages, pricing transparency, performance analytics; experience in product merchandising or campaign management is a plus.
- Background driving cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience developing strategies using associative thinking and structured problem solving.
- Proficient in translating vision into presentations, requirement documents, and strategic artifacts.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
