We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a mission-driven outreach and marketing team , where you’ll help bring nonprofit campaigns to life through face-to-face engagement , community events , and grassroots outreach .

As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be on the front lines of social impact—representing leading nonprofit organizations and advocacy groups at live events and community activations. Your goal? To educate the public, inspire action, and help drive donor support through genuine, one-on-one interactions .

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Represent respected 501(c)(3) nonprofit partners at fundraising events and outreach programs

• Engage with community members in a friendly, professional, and authentic way

• Share stories and messages about social causes, missions, and community impact

• Educate individuals on how they can get involved—through donations, volunteering, or advocacy

• Help build long-term donor relationships and foster ongoing public support

• Collaborate with your outreach team to ensure each campaign runs smoothly

• Embody values of integrity , compassion , and professionalism at every interaction

No prior experience in outreach or customer service? No problem! Paid training is provided.

This role is ideal for those who:
