FTE Status: Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Casual business hours. No weekends or holidays

Job Description:

In this role, you'll serve as the operational owner of our Workforce Survey program and partner with leaders across the organization to turn insights into action. You'll manage the annual census survey, lifecycle surveys, and pule surveys, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and impact Your work will help shape strategies that improve employee experience and organization performance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a Human Resources related field.

Experience:

3-4 years of progressive human resources related experience.

Strong project management skills and ability to move ideas from concept to execution.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR technology solutions.
