## ** Role Overview**
We’re hiring a **Marketing Assistant based in the Philippines** to handle the executional side of our marketing efforts. You’ll be responsible for making sure campaigns get built, posted, and executed on time. This is a hands-on role—perfect for someone detail-oriented who thrives on getting things done.
## ** ️ Responsibilities**
* **Social Media Posting:** Schedule and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter using templates.
* **Email Campaigns:** Build and deploy email campaigns in Mailchimp (or Resend).
* **Basic Graphic Work:** Use Canva or templates to create simple graphics for posts and ads.
* **CRM Support:** Import and clean contact lists in Apollo, HubSpot, or Close.
* **Ad Support:** Assist in setting up Facebook/LinkedIn ads (using provided copy/creative).
* **Calendar Management:** Ensure our campaign calendar deadlines are met.
* **Reporting:** Pull basic analytics (open rates, CTR, SMS usage, etc.) and update dashboards.
## **✅ Qualifications**
* Based in the **Philippines** with strong written English skills.
* 1–3 years experience in digital marketing support roles.
* Comfortable with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently with daily check-ins.
