Part-Time | $40,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus | Rural NH & VT

Thomson Tree Service, Thomson Fuels, and Upper Valley Appliance & Mattress are seeking a creative, self-motivated Multi-Company Marketing and Brand Specialist to grow our presence across rural New Hampshire and Vermont. Led by our hands-on CEO, we’re proud of our reputation for hard work and community roots. Now, we need you to help us tell our story, boost our visibility, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You’ll Do:

This part-time role (25 hours/week, 3 days/week) is dynamic and hands-on. You’ll work directly with our CEO, who will guide your focus, brainstorm with you, and ensure we’re hitting our goals.

• Content Creation : Capture photos and videos of our teams in action—tree removals, fuel deliveries, appliance installs—and share them on social media. Perform light video editing (add music, splice clips) to make our work shine.
• Advertising Strategy : Advise on radio, print, and digital ads, securing ad space on billboards, bulletin boards, and small signs across NH and VT. You’ll manage an advertising budget with a performance bonus tied to results and savings.
• Brand Oversight : Keep our image sharp by ensuring employees wear company attire, vehicles stay on-brand, and our look is consistent across all touchpoints.
• Community Engagement : Network with local businesses, potential clients, and community hubs to spread the word. Pin us to every bulletin board you can find.
• Online Presence : Boost our Google reviews and similar platforms to build trust and attract new customers.
• Innovation : Bring creative ideas to grow our reach—whether it’s a new ad campaign, a clever sign placement, or a social media hook.

Who You Are:

• A doer who’s comfortable in a rural setting and understands the NH/VT vibe.
• Creative with a camera and basic editing tools (nothing fancy required—just enough to splice clips and add a tune).
• Organized and proactive, able to juggle tasks across three companies.
• A people person who enjoys networking and building local connections.
• Strategic thinker with an eye for branding and a knack for stretching a budget.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in marketing, social media, or advertising before—but we’re open to someone with raw talent and drive!

What We Offer:

• Salary : $40,000 base for 25-28 hours/week (3 days/week).
