Airport Lounge Cook – Korean Air Lounge (LAX)
Pay Rate: $25.26 per hour
Location: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

Available Shifts: 

• Open Availability Preferred
• 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM
• 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Shift times may adjust to meet operational needs.

We are seeking talented Airport Lounge Cooks who are passionate about culinary excellence and providing an elevated dining experience for international travelers. This is an opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, luxury lounge environment where precision, creativity, and attention to detail are expected at every turn. Experience with Korean cuisine is a plus, but a commitment to high-quality, innovative food is a must.

Your Impact:
As part of our elite culinary team, you will:

• Craft and execute menu items that reflect the elevated standards and signature hospitality of the Korean Air Lounge.
• May prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
• Ensure every dish meets strict quality, freshness, and presentation benchmarks.
• Maintain impeccable food safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance in a high-volume kitchen.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a team of culinary and hospitality professionals to create a memorable guest experience.
• Support daily kitchen operations through efficient prep, inventory management, and organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual Korean and English skills are highly preferred.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 3 – 4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Proven experience in fine dining, high-volume kitchens, airline lounges, or luxury hospitality environments.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality dishes while managing multiple priorities with precision.
• Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures.
• Professional, reliable, and dedicated to delivering an extraordinary culinary experience with every service.
