Job Description

Join us and you’ll develop your skills and expertise to the very highest levels, as a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling of staff, ensuring appropriate coverage for all shifts, and assisting in maintaining a smoothly operating facility.

Responsibilities:

 
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
  • Adhere to company and professional ethics governing the handling of confidential information and the observation of confidentiality.
  • Effectively communicate with suppliers on deliveries and delivery status changes.
  • Drive organizational improvements with suggested solutions for process improvements.
  • Keep management abreast of schedule progress, developments and pending problems.
  • Provide administrative support related to appointment scheduling tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of appointments.
  • Optimize schedules to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts.
Qualifications:

 
  • Good analytical ability and problem-solving skills for complex problems - multiple variables.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications and/or controlled systems.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment.
  • Problem-solving skills to address scheduling conflicts and issues.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools.
  • Results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in applicable discipline and a minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience on large-scale planning/scheduling, preferred.
