Salary: $72,000 - 85,000 per year Requirements:

• We seek candidates with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in WordPress development, including proficiency in Gutenberg and custom theme creation. It is essential to have a solid track record in leading responsive web design and front-end development, with a keen eye for UI/UX. A deep understanding of technical SEO and its connection to site structure, speed, and overall user experience is required. Candidates must have strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP specific to WordPress, along with the ability to troubleshoot and address performance, speed, and compatibility issues. Familiarity with integrating tracking tools such as GA4, GTM, HubSpot, and CallTrackingMetrics is also a necessity. We value strong organizational and communication skills, a high attention to quality and detail, and a self-motivated attitude to meet deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.

• In this role, I will expect you to take full ownership of rebuilding client websites from Elementor to Gutenberg, utilizing clean, scalable WordPress architecture. You will design and develop custom WordPress themes and templates that capture each client's branding while ensuring an optimal user experience. Leading UI and UX design for all web builds and redesigns is crucial, as is optimizing website performance to meet Core Web Vitals standards and proactively resolving technical issues. You will ensure every website is fully responsive and consistently performs well across all devices and browsers. Integrating and maintaining GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and CallTrackingMetrics on all client sites will also be part of your duties. Collaboration with SEO and CRO teams to enhance page layouts, navigation, and conversion-driven design improvements is key. Participating in morning meetings with leadership, SEO, and paid media teams to align development priorities with campaign objectives is required, as well as working closely with the Head of Client Success to address client updates and maintenance requests. You must maintain organized systems, document development SOPs, and contribute to our agency's internal scalability as we grow. Staying updated on emerging technologies, WordPress updates, and relevant design trends is expected. Importantly, I want you to be prepared for a future role as a Development Director, where you will manage a full development team and set the technical and creative direction for our agency.
