  • Contract Duration: 6 months
  • Worksite Location:  Remote | Mountain or Central Time Zone preferred
  • Pay rate : $20.00-$24.00 per hour

What you'll do in this role: 

  • Engage with customers by phone, email, and chat in a professional, empathetic, and approachable way
  • Listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and communicate in plain, clear language
  • Manage approximately 25 emails and 10 phone requests each day while meeting team SLAs
  • Take ownership of your queue, resolving backlogs and ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Document every customer interaction, including case details, troubleshooting steps, and outcomes
  • Support customers with account and subscription management, billing, refunds, downloads, installations, extensions, and troubleshooting issues such as crashes or bugs
  • Apply knowledge base content and escalate effectively when needed
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure swift communication and resolution of issues
  • Stay current on products, promotions, and systems through training and ongoing learning

What you'll bring to the role: 

  • 2+ years of experience supporting customers via chat, email, and phone
  • A strong customer-first mindset, with empathy and adaptability in every interaction
  • Technical proficiency and comfort with computer systems, software, and Google Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with active listening and patience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume requests
  • Attention to detail in issue discovery, documentation, and follow-through
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Composure and professionalism, even in high-pressure situations
  • Flexibility to work remotely with occasional in-office collaboration
