Job Description

Digonex is seeking a dynamic Technical Product Owner to lead the development of our latest dynamic pricing solutions. This role involves coordinating with stakeholders across all areas of the business, including sales, client success, economists, software development, and data teams. The Technical Product Owner will curate and prioritize the backlog of features to ensure we meet or exceed key performance indicators for feature completion, client onboarding, and adoption. Additionally, they will establish the release plan for new products and communicate updates to the executive team. The role also includes leading activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of dynamic pricing solutions by coordinating with stakeholders across the business.
  • Curate and prioritize the backlog of features to meet key performance indicators.
  • Ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of new features.
  • Establish and manage the release plan for new products.
  • Communicate product updates and progress to the executive team.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product development with business goals.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to inform future development.
  • Author feature descriptions and user stories to guide development teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and scrum practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in dynamic pricing solutions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Wrike).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is preferred.

Additional details:

  • While Digonex is based in Indianapolis, Indiana, we currently operate as a hybrid virtual company. We have office space in downtown Indianapolis but many of our employees work remotely either part- or full-time
  • As such, we are interested in speaking with any qualified candidate living in the United States. (Candidates in the Indianapolis, IN area are welcome, but not required, to work from our office)
  • For employees working remotely, occasional travel to Indianapolis may be required for internal meetings (travel expenses paid by the company), approximately two to four times per year.
