Remote Sales Representative - Verizon Fios Home Services

Are you looking for a remote, work-from-home opportunity with a reputable company? Do you enjoy speaking with customers and helping them find the best home service solutions? If so, we'd love to hear from you!

In this role, you'll contact eligible customers to introduce and set up new Verizon Fios Home TV and Internet service accounts. This is a great opportunity to work from home with paid remote training, a steady hourly wage, and weekly commissions based on your sales performance.

Position Details

Start Date: Tuesday, March 25, 2025

Full-Time Schedule:

Training: Monday-Friday, 1 PM - 6 PM EST (No weekend training)
Work Hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM EST, Monday-Saturday
Days Off: Tuesday or Thursday + Sunday
Orientation: 1-hour session on March 25, 2025 (1 PM - 2 PM EST)

Compensation:

$11/hour base pay
Commission + bonuses paid out weekly based on sales performance

Work-From-Home Requirements:

A quiet, dedicated workspace
Hardwired internet connection (Ethernet cable required) - No WiFi or mobile hotspots
A USB headset with a microphone, mute, and noise-canceling function
A Windows 10 or newer PC (No MacBooks or Chromebooks)
Must complete an IT system setup session before starting

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

At least 1 year of sales experience (mandatory)
Comfortable engaging with customers and offering tailored solutions
Ability to problem-solve in a professional and productive manner
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in home services sales
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to navigate multiple web interfaces and systems
Previous call center or outside sales experience is a plus!

Additional Requirements:

Must pass a 7-year background check
Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently
