Job Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the construction site, from planning, coordinating and overseeing project subcontract activities, material orders and deliveries to support delivery of project in accordance with contract plans and specifications. Generally, tasks include scheduling subcontractor work in accordance with strict timeline, monitoring subcontractor performance, ensuring work corresponds with contract documents, support oversight of CQM and SSHO programs, maintaining owner relations and supporting oversight and controls for project finances.

Skills and Requirements
10 years of General Construction Experience with healthcare construction experience
5 years of experience as Superintendent of project similar size and complexity
ASHE Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) Certificate
US Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management (QCM) for Contractors (or ability to obtain through company support post hire)
OSHA 30CPR & First Aid (or ability to obtain through company support post hire) Construction Management Degree, similarly completed certificate program or equivalent experience. null
